• Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under English law.
• Subject to the above, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our products, including but not limited to loss of enjoyment, unless caused by our negligence or breach of contract.
• Chemical products must be used strictly in accordance with manufacturer instructions. We are not liable for misuse, incorrect dosing, or failure to follow safety guidance.
